A business information set is a customized group of pieces of information, such as a person’s name and title, job description, phone and fax numbers, email address, tagline or motto, and logo, that you can quickly insert into publications, such as business cards and flyers. When you change a business information set, new Publisher-designed publications that you create automatically update with the changes. However, you can manually delete a single instance of the information from an open publication only. To delete it from other existing publications, you must open each publication individually and then click Update Publication in each one. Similarly, you can edit an individual piece of business information only in an open publication.

Note that if you delete an information component from a business information set, any new Publisher-designed publications you create after making this change do not contain the deleted component.
